Every litre counted.
Every service on time.
Every km costed.

How it works
Set it up in a minute.
Then just ride.
Three steps, and nothing to sign up for.
- 01Add your bikeMotorbike, scooter, car or EV: pick the type, give it a name and type the odometer. Units follow your country, and you can change them.
- 02Log at the pumpType the odometer and any two of litres, price and total; RideBook works out the third. A big keypad, one hand, even in bright sun.
- 03Follow the remindersRideBook tells you when the oil, the chain or the insurance is due, by kilometres or by date, whichever comes first.

Fuel and mileage
Your real consumption,
fill-up after fill-up.
RideBook measures from full tank to full tank, adds up partial fill-ups and never lets a forgotten fill-up spoil your average. See km/L, L/100 km or mpg, the price per litre and what every kilometre really costs.
- Partial and missed fill-ups handled correctly
- EV charging in kWh, odometer or trip meter
- Unusual entries marked, every chart also as a table

Service
Never miss
an oil change.
Ready-made plans for motorbikes, scooters, cars and EVs: engine oil, chain, CVT belt, spark plug, brakes, tyres and more. Each reminder counts down in kilometres and days, and one tap logs the service when it is done.
- By distance, by months, or both
- Every interval editable; check your owner's manual
- A full service history with parts, labour and shop

Documents
Insurance and tax,
renewed on time.
Keep the expiry dates of your insurance, registration, road tax, inspection and emission test in one place. RideBook reminds you 30, 7 and 1 day before. The document number is optional and hidden on screen.
- Local document types for your country
- Reminders 30, 7 and 1 day ahead
- Number optional, hidden by default

For riders who work
Earnings minus costs,
per day and per km.
Delivering food or carrying passengers? Turn on rider mode, log what you earn, and RideBook subtracts fuel, service and other costs to show your real profit per day, per km and per hour.
- Income with platform, trips, hours and distance
- Profit per day, per km and per hour
- Parking, tolls, washes and repairs in your running cost

Privacy
No GPS, no account,
no internet.
RideBook has no internet permission and no location permission, so it cannot track your rides or send anything anywhere. Your vehicles, fill-ups and costs stay on your phone, with an encrypted backup you keep.
- No internet and no location permission
- No account, no ads, no analytics
- Encrypted backup to a file you keep
And more
The small things,
done right.
Insights
See every trend,
fill-up by fill-up.
The consumption chart shows each full-to-full segment against your average, and marks an entry that looks wrong so you can check it. Costs per month, fuel prices and distance have their own charts.
- Fill up to full and log it
- Log the next full tank
- RideBook shows the real consumption between them

Questions,
answered.
Does it track my location?
No. RideBook has no location permission and no GPS tracking. Distances come only from the odometer or trip meter readings you type in.
Does it need internet?
No. RideBook has no internet permission at all, so it works at any pump with no signal. To keep a copy elsewhere, back up to a folder that your cloud app syncs.
Can I import from another fuel app?
Yes, if it exports CSV. The import wizard lets you map the columns, picks the date format and decimal mark, shows a preview and skips duplicates before anything is saved.
Does it work on old phones?
Yes. RideBook runs on Android 4.3 and later, is a small download and stays fast on phones with 1 GB of RAM.
Are the service intervals advice from the manufacturer?
No. They are general reminders you can edit. Check your owner's manual for the intervals of your vehicle.
Is there a subscription?
No. RideBook is a one-time purchase on Google Play, with no in-app purchases and no ads.
